To create a new section try typing image at the end of the text in the editor on the left. And select "Image" from the dropdown menu.  You'll see text appear, scroll down to view it!

You can also use other components like:

You can save your progress using the "Save Draft" button at the top. Once you're happy with your work, use the "Export" button to generate an HTML file.
